The main terms that apply when requesting a preview or purchasing website services from Vantora Web Studio.

Free website previews
A free website preview is provided to help you judge the proposed visual direction before choosing a paid package. It does not create an obligation to purchase and is not a completed website.
Website packages
The Website Project Planner helps you describe what you need before payment. The final scope, pages, features and deliverables remain based on the selected package and any written project agreement. Extra work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Payments
After submitting a project brief, you can choose whether to continue to secure Stripe checkout. One-off website package fees are payable in full before the build begins unless Vantora Web Studio agrees otherwise in writing. Work begins after payment and the required project information and materials have been received. Website Care & Hosting and eCommerce Care are separate recurring monthly subscriptions.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information and for having permission to use any text, images, logos, trademarks or other material supplied for the website.
Revisions and approval
We will work toward the agreed direction and provide reasonable revisions within the purchased scope. A website will be prepared for launch after the final design and content are approved.
Domains, hosting and third-party services
Vantora can handle the practical setup of domains, hosting, SSL and business email. Ongoing hosting and management are included with Website Care & Hosting. Customers who do not choose Website Care & Hosting will receive a separate hosting and domain renewal arrangement. Any third-party or renewal charges will be explained before they are added to a project.
Recurring care services
Website Care & Hosting and eCommerce Care are not included automatically with a one-off website package. When purchased, the selected service renews monthly until cancelled and includes only the hosting, maintenance, updates, content allowance and support described in the agreed plan or at checkout. Larger work outside that allowance may require a separate quotation.
Cancellations and statutory rights
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a project. Any refund or cancellation outcome will depend on the work already completed, services already supplied and the rights that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
